I was on modernspare.com recently looking for a couple of parts, and at first it seemed like they had what I needed. But after clicking through a few listings, some of them suddenly showed as out of stock, which was frustrating since I’d already gotten my hopes up.
To be fair, the site itself was easy enough to use, and I did manage to place an order for one item without any real hassle. That part went fine, so it’s not like the whole experience was bad.
Still, because the stock issue happened right while I was shopping, that’s what sticks in my mind the most. I’d probably use the site again, but I do think the availability info needs to be updated more quickly. Overall, just an average experience for me.

Ordering was simple enough, but once I paid, the updates basically disappeared?! Delivery took longer than expected, and support was slow to get back to me. The part did arrive eventually, but the whole experience felt a bit all over the place. Not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again...

They got back to me fast and actually fixed the issue without making it a whole thing. Super easy experience overall.

I bought this mostly for peace of mind, and it does the job well enough, but it’s bigger than I expected. The bag takes up a decent chunk of my trunk, and if I don’t tuck it tightly against the side, it slides around every time I turn a corner. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying when I’m trying to fit groceries or a stroller back there. It’s okay overall, just not ideal if trunk space is already tight

Luckily, the item inside was fine. I just think they should use stronger boxes, or pack things a bit better. Not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement
